How scoring works
Two independent AI analysts look at your photo. The appearance analyst scores eight factors about you; the photo analyst scores seven factors about the picture. Each factor gets a score out of 10, written evidence for that score, and one tailored tip.
Appearance = weighted average of its factors (facial harmony 30%, eyes & expression 15%, skin 12%, hair 12%, grooming 10%, style 10%, physique & posture 6%, presence 5%) plus a holistic adjustment of at most ±0.5 with a stated reason. Factors that cannot be judged from the photo are dropped and the weights re-balanced.
Photo = weighted average of lighting 25%, composition 20%, sharpness 15%, angle & pose 15%, background 10%, colour 10%, authenticity 5%.
Final = 70% appearance + 30% photo, shown as a rank from I to VII. The head judge then writes the verdict from that evidence — it does not change the numbers.
Calibration: 5.0 is an ordinary adult on an average day; 7+ stands out in a room; 8.5+ is striking. Most people land between 4.5 and 7.5.
Privacy
Your photo is resized in your browser (metadata stripped), sent over HTTPS to our server, forwarded to the AI provider for analysis, and discarded. We keep no copy of the photo or the result. There are no accounts and no database.
We keep anonymous, aggregate counters (how many analyses ran) and short-lived, hashed rate-limit entries to prevent abuse. The AI provider processes the image under its own API terms.
Only upload photos of yourself or people who have agreed. Adults only.
While the AI works, its written result waits in a temporary server file for a few minutes at most — until your browser collects it — and is then deleted. The photo itself is never written to disk.
